I can’t say enough great things about Nalley’s Collision Center. From the moment I contacted them about repair work until the day I picked up my car, the entire experience was exceptional. The customer service and communication throughout the repair service was outstanding. Caitlin kept me informed every step of the way - she was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and actually made a very stressful experience enjoyable and seamless. The craftsmanship and attention to detail of my repair was flawless. I was so impressed with the finished product. My car looked brand new!! Nalley’s commitment to quality is evident in every aspect of their work, they exceeded my every expectation, and I highly recommend them!

As someone who works in the automotive industry, I tend to be very particular about repairs and paint work, so I don't hand out praise lightly. My experience with this body shop was exceptional from start to finish. The attention to detail throughout the repair process was phenomenal. The quality of the body and paint work exceeded my expectations, and it was clear that great care was taken to ensure everything was completed correctly. One thing that stood out to me was the cleanliness of the paint work—there was no trash, debris, or imperfections in the finish, which speaks volumes about the shop's standards and workmanship. Communication with Tina was also excellent. Even when parts were placed on backorder, Tina kept me informed every step of the way. Tina provided regular updates, set realistic expectations, and never left me wondering about the status of my vehicle. That level of transparency and customer service made a potentially frustrating situation much easier to manage. It's refreshing to work with a shop that not only delivers outstanding craftsmanship but also understands the importance of keeping customers informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend this

Worked with Graham after I had a small incident with my Golf R. Price was fair and the work was completed relatively quickly while I waited in the lobby. Will definitely be coming back for any future repairs.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The repairs were completed ahead of schedule, and the quality of work was outstanding. They even buffed out a scuff that wasn’t part of the accident, which I really appreciated. Great attention to detail and customer care. Highly recommend.
